This terms of service agreement ("Agreement") is between MMOD, Inc. d/b/a Darta, a Delaware Corporation ("Darta," "Company," "we," "us," "our," or "ourselves") and the person or entity ("you" or "your") that has decided to use our services; any of our websites or apps; or any features, products, graphics, text, images, photos, audio, video, location data, computer code, and all other forms of data and communications (collectively, "Services").
YOU MUST CONSENT TO THIS AGREEMENT TO USE OUR SERVICES. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement, including the Privacy Policy, posted at /privacy and incorporated by reference herein, you cannot use Services.
If we update this Agreement, we will provide you notice and an opportunity to review and decide whether you would like to continue to use the Services.
1. Description of the Services
Darta is an API that converts any website into LLM-friendly data. It provides tools to extract structured data from web pages, ensuring the data is clean and ready for use in AI applications.
2. Accessing the Services
We reserve the right to change the Services and any material we provide in the Services, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Services is unavailable at any time or for any period.
3. Log-in Information
If you choose, or are provided with, a username, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to this website or portions of it using your username, password, or other security information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:
- •Use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- •Interfere with or disrupt our service or servers
- •Use our service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- •Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
If payment fails, we may suspend your service until payment is received. You're responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of our service.
6. Intellectual Property
Our service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by MMOD, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our service will cease immediately.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
10. Platform Independence
Darta is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Facebook, or any other supported platforms.
11. US Legal Shield
First Amendment Protection
The crawling and parsing of public marketplace data is protected by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. We value freedom of information tremendously. Darta assumes legal liability for marketplace data extraction for both domestic and foreign companies unless your usage is otherwise illegal.

Important: Usage must comply with applicable laws. Activities including but not limited to cyber criminality, terrorism, pedopornography, denial of service attacks, and war crimes are prohibited.
